These terms govern your use of MenoCompass. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
MenoCompass provides general health education and tools for personal self-tracking. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace care from a qualified clinician. Do not delay seeking professional or emergency care because of information in the app.
MenoCompass requires an active monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription before app features are available. There is no free tier or free trial. The exact price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Access continues through the end of a paid period after cancellation. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to recover an active subscription associated with the same Apple ID.
Your health entries are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting exported files. Profile includes separate controls to reset onboarding without erasing health history or to permanently delete the local app profile and all local health data. Deleting app data, deleting the app, or clearing its storage may permanently remove entries that were not backed up and does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its subscription systems except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Features and educational content may change as the app and health guidance evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties beyond those required by law.
