Complete the short setup, then use Today for a focused check-in. Confirm a log when it is ready so it can appear in Journey patterns. Add treatments and lab results in Care, and open the appointment report from Care when you need a clinician-ready summary.
Your data stays on the device. Before changing or resetting a device, open Profile, find Account & data, and export a JSON backup. Restore that file from Profile on the new installation.
Open Profile and find Account & data. Reset onboarding restarts the setup walkthrough while keeping your profile answers, logs, treatments, labs, and reports. Delete app profile & data permanently erases all of that local information after a separate confirmation. MenoCompass does not create an online account. Deleting app data does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
On iPhone and iPad, MenoCompass requires an active monthly or annual subscription before app features are available. There is no free tier or free trial. The exact price and billing period are shown on the subscription screen before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling the app or moving to another device with the same Apple ID. A successful restore does not restore locally stored health entries; use a JSON backup for those.
If entries are not surviving a restart, check whether private browsing or storage restrictions are enabled. The app warns when it has fallen back to temporary in-memory storage.
MenoCompass is educational and is not emergency or diagnostic care. Use the in-app urgent guidance for warning signs, and contact local emergency services for an emergency.
